Twelve years after opening operations in Dubai in 2011, Amicorp has expanded its footprint in the United Arab Emirates by opening its doors in Abu Dhabi.
The move highlights the company’s ambition to offer an even broader range of services for investors and businesses across the UAE, the Middle East, and the Asian subcontinent.
Amicorp has a license to operate in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”), through which it offers Incorporation, Compliance and Risk Management related services, and Management Consultation services.
The ADGM’s attractive Holding & SPV regime, fintech initiatives, tax efficiencies, legal framework, and business-conducive ecosystem have resulted in significant growth, making it the fastest-growing international financial center in the MENA region in the eight years since the establishment of the ADGM.
The new office in the UAE capital will also harness Amicorp’s expertise in global and local regulations and its extensive experience in cross-border transactions – to service multinational corporations, Family Offices, Asset Managers & Financial Institutions investing into and out of the region.
Led by the Amicorp Abu Dhabi Managing Director, Supriya Dixit Kambil, the new office in the ADGM will complement and add to the services it is already able to offer from its office in the Dubai International Financial Center (“DIFC”).
